Shipping, Payments & Returns

Shopping with us is safe and secure. We use HTTP over SSL when processing your credit card information to insure integrity and encryption during your order.

Shipping

Most orders ship the same or next business day via USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, USPS Priority Express; in some instances may elect to ship your items via DHL, FedEx or UPS. In the event that your item is back ordered you will receive a notification via email which will reference an estimated shipping date.

During checkout you may elect to ship via Standard or Express shipping. Choosing one or the other will not speed up the processing of your order on our end however will improve transit time to your destination.

Transit time for standard shipping in the lower 48 states is 1-5 business days and 2-3 days for express shipping. International orders are generally delivered in 3-10 business days depending on the method of shipping you choose.

Payments

We accept payments through our web store via PayPal or Credit Card. In some instances certain payment options may not be available depending on the value and destination of your order. We also accept cash payments at our main office, money order via regular mail, wire transfer and Western Union. To make payments by mail, wire transfer or Western Union, please contact one of our customer service agents.

Returns

We offer a standard 30-day return policy for all products in our store unless otherwise stated in the exceptions section of our return policy. Any un-used or defective items can be returned to us for refund or exchange within this time frame. We do not accept returns on items with any signs of usage or physical damaged. To return an item, please contact us and let us know the problem and ship the item to the address provided below.

Exceptions

  • All sales are final on previously used goods.
  • LCD Assemblies and Cell Phone Repair Parts are Limited to 14-Day Warranty, no refunds or exchanges.
  • LCD Assemblies with loose or damaged frames are not accepted under our Warranty and are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Any items that have been given or resold to a third party are not eligible for warranty or return.
  • Physically damaged or used items do not qualify for return.
